1. Introduction / Welcome

Welcome to the Gangstalking Awareness section on the TargetedIndividuals.co.uk website. This page is dedicated to raising general awareness about reported experiences of organised / group-based stalking and harassment (often called "gangstalking" by those affected). As a personal site, this site shares publicly reported patterns, survivor stories (anonymised), and resources - with the aim of helping people feel less alone and encouraging broader understanding of these phenomena.

Our Book – "The Targeted Individual Program"Our first book - The Targeted Individual Program: The Gangstalking Experiences of Targeted Individualsis a collection of harassment experiences as reported directly by people who identify as targeted individuals (TIs), with a particular focus on gangstalking tactics and patterns.

It includes my own personal account alongside anonymised contributions from others, aiming to highlight the lived reality many describe in relation to what is sometimes called the "targeted individual program".

Key points from the book include:

- Personal experiences in relation to surveillance, harassment, and psychological tactics.- The commonly reported patterns (e.g., street theatre, noise campaigns etc).- How the experiences have personally affected TIs.

The book is available in Kindle and paperback formats on Amazon. It is completely free to read with Kindle Unlimited for eligible users.
Please note: The book simply documents experiences as shared by TIs. The information in the book is for general information purposes and is not intended as legal, medical or professional advice. The author and publisher disclaim any liability for actions taken or not taken based on the contents of the book. As mentioned above, if you are experiencing harassment or distress, it is entirely up to you how (or whether) you choose to proceed with contacting appropriate authorities or support services in your country for any advice or support you feel you need.3. Upcoming – Petition for Recognition of Organised Stalking as a CrimeI am currently working on a petition that calls for greater awareness and legal recognition of organised / group-based stalking and harassment (gangstalking) in the UK and beyond.

The goal is to encourage lawmakers to:

  • Acknowledge coordinated, multi-perpetrator stalking as a distinct and serious form of criminal behaviour.
  • Strengthen existing laws (e.g., Protection from Harassment Act 1997 in the UK) to better address group tactics.
  • Improve support and reporting pathways for victims.
More details coming soon - including the full text, platform (e.g., Change.org or UK Parliament petition site), and how you can help if it aligns with your views.

Disclaimer: Any petition will be a personal advocacy effort only - not legal advice or a formal campaign. Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.
