My Answer to a Question on Quora as to who "owns" the streets - the Community Gangstalkers or the Police?

Police Car

I never see the cops where I live (but then I don’t watch out for things anymore). It’s the same in the UK - you never see a cop walking the streets anymore. In the UK, several categories of crime nowadays go unattended by UK police - these include bike thefts, car thefts, stolen mobile mobile phones and much more. You simply get a crime reference number if you choose to report it. So you could say the community GS are the new police - the citizen police - the neighbourhood police.

The only problem is that “policing” done by a community (whoever that community is) often works off information that’s been given to them by their masters or friends - spread by word of mouth, or spread via technology such as chat groups or neighbourhood apps - or spread by other community members. The same spreading of information also happens a great deal on social media.

This is information which the person (whom the information is about) often knows nothing about and has not even been given a chance or due process to legally defend themselves on.

So in this sense, however you look at it, the police are already in the process of losing some of their control because this policing by the community (whoever is doing it, whoever is overseeing it and whichever community it is) is no longer being done in a genuine and trustworthy manner based upon only the true facts and true information that is upheld by the law - a law that is and should be equal for all. It is based more on information which has been passed to and from people, and further spread by word of mouth or via online channels.
