Discussion Point - Should I Stay In or Go Out?

Enjoying Nature
Recently, I saw a discussion online amongst targeted individuals started by a TI who said
you should always go out because they have never been physically attacked by their gangstalkers. Another disagreed and said they don't feel comfortable going out and leaving their home unattended for the fear that someone may enter her home whilst they are out. There were many other comments with different takes and opinions on whether you should stay in or go out.

What is apparent is that everyone's circumstances and opinions are different. There are no laws as to whether you have to go out or you have to stay in. You don't have to choose one or the other. The choice is yours.  Some days you may want to go out. Some days you may simply want to stay at home.

Some TI's simply have to go out - perhaps to go to work, to go to the shop or to run other errands.

Some TI's may not have as many commitments and may have more flexibility.

Some TI's may decide to stay indoors more for a number of reasons. As the individual mentioned above stated, they stay in because they don't want to leave their home unattended. Some may choose to stay in because they don't want their day ruined by the constant daily gangstalking they are subjected to.

The important thing is to do what is right for you, what you are happy with and what you are comfortable with. When you are targeted, you will more than likely have to make certain adjustments in your life to accommodate some of the things that have been thrust upon your life. For example, I gave up driving because of several attempts to run me off the road or cause an accident whilst I was driving the car. It was not worth the risk to continue driving.

One thing that Covid taught us as individuals was how we had to adapt to changes enforced upon us. Weeks and months of enforced lockdowns. Having to stay at home. Not being allowed to go out or do certain things. But, out of this, people made some positive changes to their working and daily lives. A lot of people had to work from home during Covid and, even when Covid ended, this preference to work from home continues to be seen. In the UK Civil Service, for example, many employees still work 2 or 3 days each week from home even now in 2025. Businesses now weigh up the benefits of spending less money on expensive office space by providing staff with the option to work from home more. Many people now look for a better work / life balance and working from home, with more flexibility, is now seen as part of that mix.

So, working and doing more from home is no longer unusual. It has become normalised and, indeed, it is now a more sought after life amongst many people. During Covid, individuals started to look for houses which offered more space for things like an at-home office or a space where they could carry out their yoga or pilates activities. People started to pay a premium for homes which offered this extra space to be able to work from home and enjoy their life at home more.

So, if you do decide to stay indoors more, perhaps look for ways to make your home space work better for you. Come up with projects to do inside your home to make your space safer, better and more personable for you and your requirements.

Alternatively, if you do decide to go out more, some good advice would be to spend more time in nature. Spending time in nature has massive calming effects on the brain and body. A 2015 study in Frontiers in Psychology showed that “ecotherapy” (nature-based interventions) can reduce symptoms of trauma and depression. Spending time in nature reduces rumination and negative thought cycles, brings exposure to sunlight and increases serotonin and builds mindfulness and connection with a beautiful, pleasant and calm surrounding away from other individuals and the city.

Good Tip: Maybe take up nature photography and capture wonderful photos of nature so you can sell them online on stock photo websites and make a little bit of money in the process 👍
