Sunday's are traditionally associated with being a day of relaxation. In some countries the shops are closed on a Sunday, some people go to church, some people potter in the garden and the pace of life is just generally slower.

For targeted individuals, you will no doubt have had another challenging week. That's why it's important to get into a habit of taking care of yourself and making sure you practice self-compassion, self-care, self-love.

We've already added some books on our Useful Resources List about practising self-care. If you haven't already started on your self-care wellness journey then make a start today on the most relaxing day of the week - a Sunday.

Start setting Sundays aside to practise your elements of self-care. Doing this every Sunday will develop a good and positive habit that will then start to overspill into other days of the week. Self-care will become something good that you will begin to perform regularly throughout the week. Self-care will relax you, calm you, will build your self-esteem and will bring you a positive mindset.

We've listed some ideas below to get you started today on Sunday - the day of relaxation.
