Do your Music Videos glitch, stop, rewind, pause, fast forward, or even change to a completely different song whilst you are watching it?
Has your device suddenly shut itself down, or has the App you were using just closed itself whilst you were typing something?
Does your internet at home regularly suffer from "disconnections" where you have to turn it off and switch it back on?
Do you regularly suffer from web pages which don't load up?
I could mention many more examples of such online weirdness, but as a targeted individual you will likely have experienced some or all of the above and I'm sure you certainly get my drift.
Whilst you are connected to the Net with your devices, you are giving your harassers the opportunity to harass you through your devices. Even through Bluetooth connectivity, there is a possibility for this to happen. Even through your phone's sim card connection, which is connected via 4G / 5G, they have a connection this way too.
Naturally, some of us need this "connection", in whichever shape or form, to be able to carry out our business, do our shopping, to be able to send text messages and check our emails etc. And that is fine. I need this access myself too.
However, and moving forwards, a worthwhile suggestion might be to try and look for ways to spend less time online or ways of reducing your dependency on devices which are constantly "connected".
I'll give you an example. I've just bought an MP3 Player to play my songs. The MP3 player has no Wi-Fi connectivity or Bluetooth connectivity. It's just an "old-fashioned" MP3 player where I put the songs on which I want to listen. You can also connect headphones to it and it acts very much independently. The MP3 player is so slim and lightweight you can even put the player in your pocket and move around the house without even noticing it.
I was reading this week that there is a small resurgence in buyers who are going back to MP3 players and moving away from their devices. These buyers want the retro feel again where they get to control their own music and move away from the Net, the algorithms and the subscriptions.
