The aim of the site is to gather in research - if you haven't completed our TI Full Survey, we very kindly ask you to complete it - thankyou 💗. It takes around 10 minutes to complete 👍
We also provide some simple resources which may or may not be of help to you. There is obviously a need for people to try and find some resources which may help them.
Our Useful Resources List grows each week - this week we added a 'Books for Wellbeing' section which already contains three of our favourite books which can be read for free on Kindle Unlimited.
We will continue to add more great books to this section and we'll continue to grow the Useful Resources List each and every week.
